From the great beekeepers at Mieli Thun: In the world of honey, the presence of French honeysuckle pollen is considered a mark of Italian geographical provenance, specifically from the Mediterranean area.

French honeysuckle honey (Sulla) is produced in the months of April and May as the bees collect nectar from the honeysuckle flower. French Honeysuckle is a light, sweet, creamy honey that varies in color from wax white to ice white. Perfect for sweetening any beverage without excess, whether warm or cold.

Excellent on hot biscuits or buttered toast. Try in espresso coffee, green tea, fruit salads, smoothies, & ice cream.

Area Origin: Nocara Cosenza, Southern Italy
